Kya was a person abandoned by all who learned to survive. She lived in a swamp and learned about the ecology of that swamp and became not only an expert on the area but an artist who recorded the whole area. A murder occurs and she was accused of it. She was taken into custody and was away from her swamp for as she was put on trial
